SHIPPING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive both an email and SMS notification containing the tracking details for your shipment. The entire duration required to receive your order is as follows:

  • The total delivery time encompasses the period commencing from the placement of your order until its delivery. This duration can be divided into two components: processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing time (1-2 days): It denotes the time required to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse. This includes the preparation of your items, conducting quality inspections, and packaging them for transportation.

  • Shipping time (4-6 days): This indicates the time taken by your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your designated destination.

  • Delivery time (6-8 days): Processing time + Shipping time.

Moreover, the transit time varies based on your location and the origin of your package. Please note that certain regions may experience delays in shipments due to Covid-related restrictions. Should you seek additional information, kindly reach out to our customer service team. Rest assured, we will promptly address your concerns.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you discover any flaws or problems, kindly send us a parcel opening video within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Upon reviewing the video, we will consult with the buyer and arrange for a refund. We are available 24/7 to assist you and will go above and beyond to ensure timely resolution.

We have observed instances where some individuals resort to defaming kpopsensei's brand on social media platforms without first discussing their concerns with our team. Such behavior is strongly discouraged, and we emphasize that appropriate legal action will be pursued to address this matter.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Except for any cancellation rights mandated by law, please note that once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased items. However, we do provide refunds for products that have been damaged before delivery. Should you discover any damage to your product, we kindly ask that you quickly contact us using the provided contact details. It is important to note that once an order has been successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, cancellation and refund requests cannot be accommodated.

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the date of the order.

  • If www.kpopsensei.in fails to ship the ordered products.

  • If the shipping location is not covered by our contracted courier.

Additionally, returns will not be accepted if a customer wishes to return a product due to personal preference or because it does not meet their expectations. Similarly, returns will not be entertained for minor design and color variations. It is important to acknowledge that there may be slight variations in color between the products seen online and the actual products received. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned without email confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order fails to reach the designated delivery address within the recommended timeframe, kindly notify us using the contact information provided in the designated section. We will collaborate with you to arrange for a re-shipment and ensure that you receive the product you have paid for. Please note that we do not offer refunds for undelivered items as we cannot control the delivery process once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Three unsuccessful delivery attempts due to inaccurate address or contact details as provided to our courier agencies.

  • Rejection of the package by the recipient.

In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for bearing the INR 80 Return to Origin (RTO) charges, imposed by the couriers for returning the products to our warehouse. The said product will then be reshipped with the updated details. Please be informed that refund requests will not be entertained under these circumstances.

Please find the terms and conditions about refunds below:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain product categories such as socks are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please note that the list of products or categories subject to this policy may change without prior notice.

  • Please be aware that cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are not refundable.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued either through the same payment method chosen during purchase or credited to your kpopsensei wallet, which can be used for future orders.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided in the form of kpopsensei wallet credits for future use.

  • All returns must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Opened boxes of figurines cannot be returned or replaced. The box is considered an integral part of the collectible item.

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us.

Return/Refund Process Duration:

  • When it comes to replacement, we will ensure that the replacement product is shipped within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item.

  • In the case of a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 days of receiving the returned product.

  • It's important to note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the refund is issued through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. We understand that this time frame may cause inconvenience, but it is the bank's policy that determines the refund timing, and unfortunately, we have no control over it.

  • However, if the refund is issued through an e-wallet, the credited amount should be available within 24 hours.

Rules for refunding courier charges:

  • To initiate the refund process for courier charges, please note that we currently do not provide a reverse pickup facility. Hence, we kindly request you to arrange for the shipment of the product(s) back to our facility.

  • To ensure a seamless return experience, we highly recommend utilizing the services of 'Speed Post' as your preferred courier option. Speed Post, being a government-owned entity in India, offers a cost-effective and reliable solution for your shipping needs. Rest assured, your product will be handled with utmost care.
